I stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my tire pressure sensor replaced. I had been coming to USA Auto for years before Bruiser’s took over, so I was curious to see how the experience would compare - and I was very happy with my visit! Scott, the General Manager, was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to talk with me about the shop and their commitment to being honest and upfront about the work they do. He even gave me his card with his personal cell phone number and let me know that he only hires master technicians, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done on my car. It’s always nice to have a trustworthy auto shop close to home, and I’m glad to know I can continue bringing my car here under the new ownership.

The team at USA Automotive service saved the day - my tire went flat on a Sunday, and I needed it fixed by Tuesday. I couldn't find anyone to replace the tire under the special warranty the tires have, until I found USA Automotive. They took the car on short notice (had it towed Monday) and they replaced tire before they closed that same day.

Deceptive Business Practices I have never in my life posted a bad review. My family and I have been bringing our cars to Joe for over 20 years, so it’s disappointing and frustrating to write this. I brought my car in for a very specific exhaust rattle. I told Joe exactly where to check. He later admitted he never inspected that area, but still charged me $100 for hose clamps that didn’t fix the issue. The car sounded the same, and the original problem was untouched. I had to call off work and pay for Ubers just to get to the shop—only to have nothing resolved. I brought it back the same day, and he told me to return another time since he had to finish other cars, promising he wouldn’t charge me again since the work didn’t address what I actually brought the car in for. I made multiple attempts to return over the next few weeks, but every time I called, he said the shop was too busy. When I finally found time to come in, I called him to let him know I'd have the car in that following morning—he waited until I walked in the door the next day to say: “I thought about it and I’m going to have to charge you again.” When I reminded him of his previous promise, he refused to work on

My first major repair on a 2009 lancer. Joe was honest. Joe was realistic and VERY reasonable about timeframe and cost. Joe even showed me video of repair- which I also appreciate since I couldn't wait on premises. So far it rides great. Very pleased. Joe is funny to talk with too. THANKS GUYS.
